RETURNS REFUND EXCHANGE
We don't take any returns on perishable goods like vegetables , fruits, etc.
However in case of other items (except vegetables & fruits) , like packed food products like groceries , snacks , we may replace the product in following cases.
1. Any defective product should be brought into notice withing 24 hours of delivery.
2. It would be required to send us specific details of the defect with pictures on firstname.lastname@example.org . Once verified with the manufacturers we would happily replace the product .
3. After the verification of the defective product , the customer can ask for the replacement of the same product . If the same product is unavailable at that moment , then we may offer you another similar product of the same value or ask the customer to wait , till the product is available .
4. The return process may take upto 7-10 working days . We will try our best to complete the process as soon as possible
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We don't do any exchange , unless there is a damage/defect in the product.
